• Replace busted heatilator box downstairs.

• Get setback variance approval for addition.
• Remodel downstairs bathroom.
• Tear out Washer/Dryer/Water Heater wall in closet.
• Get rid of ridiculous attic fan on 3rd floor.
• Install new carpet in both bedrooms.
• Remove built-in bed platform and headboard. So FUN.
• Tear out bench seat and breakfast nook counter.
